Approximately how much do braces cost in total?
I am 19 and considering getting braces (for a second time! because my top teeth shifted some). I believe I am still under my parents health insurance, but there is a possibility i won't be covered because i already had them once and am over 18.. besides that fact, how much should I expect them to cost? i may have to take out a loan and i am wondering if i will be able to afford it? Also, does anyone know if clear braces or if there are any other options so people don't notice as much, more expensive and how much.

In the neighborhood of 5000 with both arches but since you already had them- you might check with your old orthodontist. possibly, he may have alternate ideas for your treatment such as a retainer.
